At Thermo Auto Parts (Pty) Ltd, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are handled efficiently and securely. The following outlines our current shipping terms and conditions.

1. Shipping Responsibility

At this time, clients are responsible for arranging their own shipping and collection of goods, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Thermo Auto Parts (Pty) Ltd. We will assist by preparing the goods for collection and providing any necessary documentation.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

  • Our team will notify you once your order is ready for collection.

3. Collection Details

Collections must be arranged from our premises during business hours:

📅 Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00 (excluding public holidays)

Please coordinate collection with our sales team in advance to ensure a smooth process.

4. Delivery Arranged by Thermo Auto Parts

In certain cases, and only if agreed upon in writing, we may arrange delivery on the client’s behalf using a trusted courier or freight provider.

  • Shipping charges will be quoted and confirmed prior to dispatch.

  • Delivery lead times will be communicated based on destination and courier availability.

  • Thermo Auto Parts is not liable for courier delays or damages during transit arranged by third parties.

5. Inspection of Goods

Clients are advised to inspect all items upon receipt. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Supporting documentation or photographs may be required.
